We work across banking, financial services and government, helping organisations make the knowledge that shapes how work gets done more connected, accessible and useful.

Organisations already have enormous amounts of knowledge about how they're meant to operate. The challenge is keeping it connected, accessible and useful as things change.
Guident exists to help organisations understand what applies, how things connect and what may need attention when something changes.
Our story
Guident was founded by Steve Hanna after years of working across government and regulated environments, where he saw the same challenge repeatedly: organisations had the information, expertise and systems they needed, but making that knowledge useful in everyday work remained difficult.
Guident began by building technology for environments where accuracy, accountability and sound judgement matter. That work led to Corvia — built to make organisational knowledge easier to navigate, understand and connect.
Today, Guident continues to build around a simple idea:

What we believe
AI should strengthen human judgement, not replace it
Technology should make expertise more useful and more accessible. People remain accountable for judgement, approval and action.

Steve Hanna
Founder & CEO
Steve has spent more than 25 years working across technology, government and banking, leading digital transformation and operational change in environments where accuracy, accountability and sound judgement matter.
That experience gave him first-hand insight into the challenge Guident is built to solve: organisations have extensive knowledge, expertise and systems, but making them work together in everyday operations remains difficult.
At Guident, Steve leads the company's vision and product direction, focused on building technology that helps organisations work as intended.
