Turn regulatory complexity into organisational clarity

Understand changing requirements, see what they affect and identify where attention is needed across policies, procedures, processes and controls.

Complexity is real. So is change

Financial services organisations operate across regulatory obligations, products, policies, procedures, processes and controls — often spanning internal teams and external providers.

Regulations evolve. Products change. Operating models shift. Functions are outsourced. Businesses are acquired.

The challenge isn't simply keeping information current. It's understanding how change connects across the organisation — what it affects, where gaps may emerge and whether the organisation is still operating as intended.

When something changes, what else needs to change?

Late claim notification
Can we accept a claim lodged after the 30-day notification window?
Yes, in some cases. Late notification doesn't automatically void a claim. It can still be assessed if the delay hasn't prejudiced our position. Record the reason for the delay.
Who needs to approve it?
Late claims over $25,000 need Claims Team Leader approval, per Claims Handling Policy v4 §6.3. Note the approval and the reason in the claim file. Claims Handling Policy v4
