Corvia 2.2 · September 2026
More control over how organisational knowledge is used
What's new
Corvia 2.2 gives teams greater control over the information used within Projects, improves the way organisational knowledge is managed and strengthens administration and platform reliability.
Why it matters
Projects can now be a more controlled environment for testing, reviewing and working with information that may not yet form part of your organisation’s established knowledge base, such as draft policies, proposed processes or investigations where the information set needs to remain contained. Together with a series of smaller refinements, these changes reduce friction and make Corvia more predictable as teams use it across more operational work.
Key improvements
- Search Scope controls within Projects: choose whether Corvia searches all available organisational knowledge or only the files added to a specific Project.
- Improved Project file handling, including support for larger files uploaded directly to Projects.
- Enhanced Source Document management, with improved sorting and filtering by document ownership and access.
- Better visibility of related documents, helping users identify similar or closely related information already held within Corvia.
- Improved administration and Single Sign-On management, including greater tenant-level SSO control and improved handling of organisational information such as department.
- Reliability and experience improvements across sessions, document images, User Instructions, images and screenshots within responses, and general platform stability.
